We have a well pipe in a very small closet area that’s about half way down the wall that had a hairline crack from the pipe to the floor. We understood at the time of estimate the entire area was going to be repaired for $475 but the repair was only surrounding the pipe and down the hairline. We felt we were misled and that this was a bit costly. Brian, however, was very nice, extremely punctual and clean up the area beautifully.
