The whole experience was wonderful. The driver arrived early and was very friendly. He allowed the kids to take their time and take as many pictures as they would like. He had the bus stocked with pop and snacks. It was truly a wonderful experience.

Lux Dryve! Wow! Where to begin?! From the moment I booked a ride, I knew I was getting exactly what the name of the company suggests! Absolutely Luxurious! As a CMO, I do a lot of traveling for meetings, and punctuality is always a critical key to closing a deal at the board table! For that reason, I always count on Lux Dryve to get me to my destination safely and in a timely manner. Handling big accounts can be stressful, so Lux helps me relax and ease my mind with the comfort and luxury of having massage chairs in their fully loaded brand new Cadillac CT6! Not only that, but my favorite driver Sam even has my coffee, water, newspaper, and phone charger all waiting for me when he picks me up! After a long day of meetings, paperwork, and handshakes to establish a new partnership, I treat myself for my hard work by going out to celebrate. Lux will be with me at hours when the only other options are the less Luxurious taxis and Ubers. Hands down, Lux Dryve offers the greatest transportation service I've ever experienced! If you get lucky and have Sam as your driver, just make sure you tell him Will sent you! I will definitely be using this service every time I'm in Chicago from now on!

I was in Chicago 1 week ago!It was my first time there and I wanted to be safe.I was arrange all my transportations to Chicago for 4 days via Lux Drive and Mr. Sam Rafati. My experience with his service was amazing! Sam is a gentleman, a really guide to everything you need! The car was so comfortable, so unique to do my job inside having always Wi-Fi, always cold water, coffee, massage in my seat for relaxing and Sam to take care of me for everything!!!First day I arrived in Chicago the airlines lost my bags and it needed to buy some clothes until bags founded. I didn't know where to go! Sam took me to every place I wanted and was with me during the Shopping. He suggested me what was the best for me.He make all my reservations I needed next days for Dinners, Museums, Enjoying.Really my stay in Chicago became one of my best trips because all the problems find a solution with Sam.Finally all this cost me cheaper to me if I choose cabs, taxi or public transportations, plus the loosing time.I couldn't visit again Chicago without choosing Lux Dryve and Sam.I hope to find a Sam to each country I'm travelling around the world!!!Thank you at all Sam!!!
