Johnny and his team redid our master bathroom in March, and I have nothing but positive things to say about OnPoint. From the start, Johnny was professional and transparent. He came out to provide a quote earlier this year, and unlike many contractors where the final price varies, our final payment matched the original quote-no hidden costs or surprise add-ons. A few days before the project started, I contacted Johnny, and he promptly arranged for the dumpster and his team to arrive on schedule. His crew was phenomenal-they showed up early, stayed the full day, didn’t bounce between jobs, and finished within two weeks (not including a weekend they offered to work which we declined). One detail that stood out: the electrician installed canned lighting but wasn’t happy with the initial result, so he returned next day to redo it to his standards. Johnny also checked in regularly, either stopping by the house or calling during the day. On top of the bathroom remodel, they noticed an issue with our chandelier in the foyer and they kindly installed a new one during their lunch break. We did a final walk through, and after a few quick touch-ups, the project was complete. My husband and I love our new bathroom and couldn’t be happier with the result!

Consider yourself lucky if this company takes your job. No deposit and then show up 2 months later, no leaving the job half done then disappearing for 2 months. Get on the calendar with them and give them half on the day they show up, the other half when they are done. Someone was at my house every day (Saturdays too) until the last week of the job and quality stuff. Have money ready and paint, tile, cabinets, vanities, lights, etc already picked out so as not to waste their time. My baths came out incredible.

OnPoint Creations handle the repairs on my basement after a back-up water insurance claim. I was extremely pleased with the quality of work. My basement looks fantastic thanks to Johnny and his crew.
