After several stops and starts on my moving date Vincent was very understanding. There was a two hour delay from the time scheduled but I was in constant contact with the movers & Vincent. Movers worked quickly and took good care of my belongings. They were also very friendly. Would recommend them to anyone.

Vincent and 2 guys from TI movers helped a lot and the movers were in the location an hour ahead of scheduled time and they waited for me to reach there. They were very careful about the stuff that was being moved.

The day started off with them being over an hour late. They did call and tell me they would be late but not until about a 1/2 hour prior. Once they started working they were very nice and moved at a decent speed. Care was taking to protect items if I would point them out as fragile or easily damaged, but otherwise items were stacked and crammed into the truck so tightly it did end up damaging a few items.

Move was scheduled for 5pm. For a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom move on the 4th floor with winding staircase and no elevator. We had most things boxed up and organized in the living room to keep the move flowing.
What didn't go well. Movers arrived at 8:15pm.
What went well (1) They were very responsive in helping establish a new moving ETA. They checked in with me every 30 minutes, which gave me confidence that they were still coming. (2) To alleviate the impact of lateness they brought extra movers and allowed us to keep a moving blanket to protect a china cabinet. (3) Movers were very upbeat and positive given the hour and how long they had been working, which I was super appreciative about because we were already stressed dealing with our own personal baggage around the move. (4) Given the bulky nature of some items they wrapped the staircase to protect it and managed to get an oversized leather couch downstairs without damage to the couch or stairwell. (5) They moved some high risk items with exposed nails and such to the trash as part of the move, which saved me about 10 trips up and down stairs to the dumpster.
