The mural Renata painted for me in my dining room is absolutely breathtaking. The colors are vibrant just as she described they would, she included every detail that I wanted in the piece and added her own expertise ideas that just brought it all together I couldn’t be happier. We had an absolutely incredible experience working with Modern Faux Studio! She painted a full wall mural in our nursery, and the result completely exceeded our expectations.
From the very beginning, she was incredibly responsive. Communication was fast and clear, she was available to start quickly, and once the project began she worked efficiently and finished faster than we expected — without sacrificing a single detail.
She took our general idea and turned it into something truly special — a beach scene with surfboards, palm trees, rolling waves, and a charming little lifeguard house that feels both peaceful and imaginative. The scale, perspective, and color palette are beautifully done, and the way she used the vaulted ceiling height makes the entire room feel larger and immersive.
Her craftsmanship is exceptional. The waves have depth and movement, the trees feel dimensional, and the small details (like the sand, birds, and shading) really bring it to life. It looks like something out of a high-end design magazine.
She was punctual, clean, respectful of our home, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. You can tell she has years of experience and takes real pride in her work.
We couldn’t be happier with the finished nursery — it’s going to be such a special space for our family. I would hire her again in a heartbeat and highly recommend her to anyone looking for custom decorative painting or mural work.

Working with Renata on my fireplace project was great . She is timely, professional and precise on her work. She lime-washed my fireplace and prepped before hand. She came back to refresh some until it was to both our liking. I am excited for her to work on my next project (powder room) to create something special.
