- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent and based on your home’s size, number of rooms, and the level of cleaning needed (regular or deep). We currently offer a 15% discount for all new clients until the end of this year! There are no hidden fees - the quote you receive includes all cleaning supplies, equipment, and travel costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by discussing your home’s details and specific cleaning needs to provide an accurate estimate. You can share a few photos or schedule a quick walkthrough for a personalized quote. Once confirmed, we assign a reliable cleaning team, bring all supplies, and ensure every visit meets your expectations. After the first cleaning, we check in to make sure you’re fully satisfied before scheduling ongoing services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our cleaning professionals are trained in residential and commercial cleaning standards, including deep cleaning, move-in/move-out services, and eco-friendly practices. We also provide ongoing training in customer service, time management, and the safe use of professional cleaning products.
