Expressive Painting and Construction were a LIFE SAVER! I was in the process of having my bathroom redone. I had gone with a referral from someone who painted for me at one time and liked his work and thought if his work was good, the people he worked with must be good. That was not the case! The workmanship of the first company was awful and about 1/3 of the way into the project I terminated their work and told them not to return. So here I was on a Friday afternoon with a poorly tiled wall, my floor half torn up, no vanity, etc. I went on the Thumbtack app and found Expressive Painting & Construction under tiling work. Boti responded within minutes, came over less than an hour later, looked at the job, gave me a very reasonable quote and was able to have work start the very next day! Unfortunately everything that the first company had completed had to be redone but now I know the work was done the right way and no cutting corners. Expressive's work (and workers) were professional, efficient, cleaned up every night and were back promptly the next morning. The overall job took 5 days and it looks beautiful! We are very happy with the work done and Expressive will be the first company we call for future work on our home.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Boti from Expressive Construction, and I must say it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. We initially reached out to Boti through Thumbtack for a bathroom update in our new home, and although that project didn't materialize, we were impressed by his attention to detail during our first meetings.When we decided to embark on a larger project painting the entire house, including doors and windows Boti and his team were our first choice. Instead of opting for an expensive overhaul of the woodwork, Boti proposed cost-effective yet superior painting solutions that would stand the test of time. To our delight, he even provided a sample that exceeded our expectations.Expressive Construction's professionalism shone through from day one. Boti's team consistently arrived on time, organized the workspace meticulously, and cleaned up after themselves a rare quality in the construction industry. Throughout the month-long project, we were hard-pressed to find any issues with their work. They not only tackled the painting job with precision but also assisted with patching work seamlessly.A special shout-out goes to Alin, the project manager, who kept the entire team on their toes. His regular check-ins ensured that everything was running smoothly and up to our satisfaction.What set Expressive Construction apart was the extra mile they went not only cleaning up after their tasks but surprising us by mopping the floors. I needed three rooms painted and bracket holes patched and painted over windows in several rooms. I was referred to Expressive Construction and was impressed by their outstanding reviews. Boti contacted me and was willing to come out and give a quote the next day. He was able to give me a quote on the spot and it was competitive and fair. I mentioned some other work I needed done and Boti said it would be no problem to do that too. I had towel bars replaced, designer hooks installed and a ceiling heater fan replaced in the bathroom. I had to coordinate this job to start after another company finished working on my kitchen cabinets. I told Bodi it would be at least a week before he could start. Bodi pestered me every day to let his guys start working. He wouldnt accept that I wanted the kitchen guys finished and gone before the painting started. Boti nearly lost the job with his pestering.Once the job started, the painters arrived promptly and took care to cover the floors and furniture. They swept up the plaster dust right away so it wasnt tracked through the house. The painting was meticulous and I could tell the painters took pride in their work. Unfortunately, in the bathroom they didnt cover up the inside edges of the white counter so there was a lot of tiny splatter I had to clean up. Boti called his guys a few times each day to check up on them I suppose. The only time the painter stopped working was to answer Botis calls which I found ironic.There was one thing that disappointed me. Boti told me to buy 3 gallons of paint to cover the family room, sunroom and kitchen. It turned out that less than two gallons were needed after two coats were applied. Because I selected a custom color I couldnt return the unopened extra gallon, a waste of $56 dollars. When I expressed my disappointment to Boti he said he would talk to the paint store and see if theyd accept the return and if not hed give me a refund of $50. After a week passed I asked him if he talked to the paint store manager and he said he hadnt but hed call right away. He ignored my texts asking for the refund. I was considering having them paint my garage but when Boti didnt follow through I decided not to use this company again. (I will edit my review if he does send the promised refund.)
