We recently hired Felix for a custom welding project, and we couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. From the very beginning, Felix was incredibly responsive, understanding, and willing to work with us to bring our vision to life. He made himself available right away, which was a huge plus, and he maintained a high level of professionalism throughout the entire process. The job involved cutting a section of an old steel handrail at the top of a landing and transforming it into a functional, latching gate to accommodate a wheelchair lift entrance. Despite the age and condition of the existing railing, Felix executed the work with precision and care. The end result not only met but truly exceeded our expectations. He was also extremely accommodating with our schedule and completed the work efficiently—even in 90-degree heat—without a single complaint. His craftsmanship and work ethic are top-notch. Honestly, we were so impressed with the final product that we felt we underpaid for the quality and service provided. During a recent maintenance inspection of my daughter‘s, 2007 Toyota 4-Runner, a serious problem, arose relative to a significant rust area on the cars frame. Now mind you, my daughter lives in Lakemoor Illinois and I live 1200 miles away in New Port Richey, Florida. A quick Google search led me to a company an app called Thumbtack.. Thumbtack is a popular online platform design designed to connect individuals in business businesses with local professional professionals for a wide range of service services. Using Thumbtack I found a five star rated company called Iron Irbis Company. Using the chat feature of the app I reached out to Iron Irbis company for a quote and included a photo of what I would need to have fixed. Within 10 minutes of reaching out Felixs contacted me and advise me that he could do the job and what his price would be. And best of all he could come out to the house to make the repair. Iron Irbis’s strong reputation for customer service was a major reason I chose them. The company provides sponsors support, has a knowledgeable staff, and is willing to resolve issues efficiently. This customer-centric approach contributes to positive reviews and experiences. So I booked a timeslot for Felixs to come out to my daughter’s home 1200 miles from where I live and repair the car frame right in her driveway. Felixs delivered a very high-quality repair of the car frame, and if you can see in the attached photos, he is truly a craftsman at his job. my daughter and I are so pleased with the final product and his price was very reasonable too, especially considering he made a house call for the repair repair.
