"I don't even know where to begin, really. The best thing I can say about Angelica is that she *listens*. During our initial consultation she asked me questions about my fitness goals, what kinds of physical activities I enjoy, my lifestyle, personality, etc. all to cater to me and my needs. From the get-go I could tell that she took all of these things into consideration when planning our workouts. Boxing, swimming, strength training, stretching/yoga/pilates, high-intensity interval training, general cardio... she mixes it up so I'm never bored and always challenged. For those who need a consistent workout, I've heard she's great at creating workouts for people who like routine as well. There's the perfect balance between fun and getting your butt kicked.
