- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
pricing really depends on what the event is, how much post editing is needed, & number of people.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I believe in talking to the clients as soon as possible, some people know exactly what they want, others just have a vague idea. If needed, I like to help them come up with a few ideas prior to the shoot. I also show the photos I take throughout the shoot so they see what they look like. People that are a bit shy or uncertain, tend to build confidence once they see what they look like throughout the shoot. Lastly,I like to laugh & joke throughout the shoot, it's just my personality.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been shooting weddings for several years via a studio, resulting in hundreds of wedding shoots.
