We've used K&K Concrete several times over the years as a subcontractor for home remodeling jobs we've been hired to do. The quality of their work is impeccable and their pricing is very fair. They have always stuck to their scheduled day of starting and done the work as requested with only rain delays pushing the work back. Kurt and his team poured a new concrete floor inside my office during an extensive restoration if the ground-floor space. Nine cement truck loads of concrete were required. The floor looks awesome. Price was very reasonable. Would definitely use again and recommend without equivocation.

My project won't be done until sometime in April or May because of weather, but I can say that Kurt as been excellent about getting me a proposal and answering all my questions very quickly. If the job goes as well as the hiring has went I will certainly be able to give them five stars also.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each project is priced out accordingly in order to provide the best possible quote.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first usually talk over the phone or email about the project. We have noticed that texting has become a new form of communication so we also except texting as well. Then based on the project criteria we set up an appointment to talk about the work in person or we assess the work on our own in order to provide a detailed proposal which is usually emailed within a day or two of assessing the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are ACI/OSHA certified. We are also a licensed concrete mason for the City of Chicago.
