I had some unwanted guests (squirrels) in between the subfloor and ceiling in my home. I reached out on Thumbtack and received a phone call that same day. Ms. Tracie called me and I explained to her my issue. She was nice, professional, very knowledgeable, and their services are affordable. The Critter Craze Crew came out evaluated the situation set the one-way trap and those unwanted guests (squirrels) are currently looking for a new home. Tracie replied to my message promptly and came out with her team the very next morning. They started with a review of the external property then came inside and did a thorough inspection of the inside while listening to us regarding activity we had seen. They documented everything and used the documentation to deliver a thorough proposal/contract.
