Tracie replied to my message promptly and came out with her team the very next morning. They started with a review of the external property then came inside and did a thorough inspection of the inside while listening to us regarding activity we had seen. They documented everything and used the documentation to deliver a thorough proposal/contract. They started work that very same day and came back later in the week to continue work on eliminating our pests and securing the home to prevent future pests of any kind.
