We hired this service for a deep clean before moving into a very gross vacant condo. During the first visit, the cleaning was note a "deep clean" and lacked attention to detail, areas like the tops of door frames were still dusty, and the appliances weren’t thoroughly wiped down.
I reached out to Maria, who was very apologetic and quick to make things right. She sent a different team, Lana and her son, and they did an outstanding job. They spent at least four hours cleaning and went above and beyond. Thanks to their effort, the condo now feels truly clean, and we’re excited to move in.
