Party bus was accurate as described. Services were provided for the time we booked, and the bus driver arrived promptly. A couple issues: It was difficult getting our music to play but luckily we had an electrician on board. The driver verification phone call was a day before the event (at our wedding rehearsal dinner) instead of two days before as was scheduled. We will make sure that if there is a change with driver schedule that they coordinate with each other any change in schedule or itinerary is typically handled with the booking agent so we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I am also requesting that directions be included for sound systems in each vehicle.

Charter Bus Rental
Booked a 55 person charter bus last minute a little over a month before our wedding. Initially, they were super responsive and went out of their way to find us options. They found us a bus and gave us the details. I contacted them a few days before to review the details and make sure everything was OK. Unfortunately Christi the manager was on vacation and hours before my wedding I had no idea if the bus was going to show up to transport 55 of my guests to my wedding, which just added to the stress of the day. The office phone just went straight to VM for days. Fortunately, the bus did show up and everything went off without a hitch. I'm sure the majority of the time things go well and they're super responsive, but I know in my own job, if I were to go on vacation and leave without a backup plan in place, my boss would be upset. If I could give them ZERO stars I would! I hired Royalty Lifestyle Limousine Services for my 6 year old son's birthday. My family (10 of us) took him to a Cubs game. We were suppose to be picked up at 4pm August 1st. Around 4:10 I started to get nervous that the limo wasn't coming. I never received a call stating they would be late. Well this was because the fleet manager wrote the wrong date down on his calendar. 4 family members tried for about 30 minutes to get a hold of the company, but every number we called went to voicemail. Finally, my husband got a hold of a lady at the company. She pulled up our reservation which was for August 1st at 4:00 pm; she stated she would call the fleet manager. After a few minutes she got back to my husband saying that the fleet manager would call me because she didn't know what was going on. He did call right away, but stated he was sorry he wrote the reservation down for August 2nd! He was not remorseful at all and did not seem to care that my whole party was completely inconvenienced. He said he could pick us up...to which I told him that would do us NO good because we now have to drive our cars there. I told him I wanted a refund and he said they would give me one and then hung up on me! I DO NOT understand how a company is so completely unorganized that they are writing down wrong reservations! How is the fleet manager not looking into the computer daily to see what reservations they have? Not only is my family upset about this, but my son's birthday was suppose to include an exciting ride in a limo for his first time. Instead, we had to take 2 cars and got stuck in traffic for an hour and half because of how late we left. Luckily we didn't miss any the game; we were just completely inconvenienced by lack of organization by a supposed professional company.
