Shawron Sutton was very nice and thorough. Made suggestions regarding points of entry for pests and how to help keep insects out. Respectful of our home by wearing mask and shoe covers. I prefer direct billing through the company and provide them with my credit card which they bill after the service is completed. I would definitely recommend Chicago Pests LLC . Ive utilized their services for my rental properties as well. Resolved bedbug issues there promptly.

A great service, wonderfully quick, efficient and professional. They were in and out quickly and came the same day I called which surprised me. My house was a mess but Keith was very kind. He explained everything clearly and did a great job. As long as the bugs don't return I'm going to be recommending them to everyone, and I'm not one to gush about a business. And oh yes most importantly it was affordable. No long term contract. Deserving of all five stars!

Chicago Pests, LLC, serviced my grandmother's property and performed an awesome professional job. The Service Technician was on time, excellent in his explanation regarding the service he was going to perform and what I should expect. He treated the wasp area and performed some other pest control services. If you are looking for a local business that gives excellent service with that professional personal affect, I highly recommend Chicago Pests, LLC.

I had a very good experience from Chicago pests! They were here within the hour timeframe they said they would be! Keith was my technician and was very polite and even helped me move furniture of the way. He was quick and done in less than an hour. I have a follow up in a week, hope to be ant free but then!
