- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not necessarily it depends on the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My Typical process is to meet with the client first complimentary to discuss their what they are looking for. I would also if necessary take measurements at that time. After I have an idea of what they are looking for I will send them a proposal within a week.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the Interior Design field since 1994 after graduating for Harrington Institute of Interior Design. I have worked in many aspects of design but most recently specializing in remodeling specifically kitchen and bath.
