Base on their great work product and customer service, I had them paint several rooms, bathroom and hallways, again I am very satisfied customer. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a 5% discount for new customers and we offer free touch ups with repeat clients. We offer free color consultation with your purchase.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first set a free estimate. When we visit we will take extensive pictures and meet with you to ensure your project is completed to you specifications. Our proposals are broken down by house section and itemized list of each tasks we will complete.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our detailed proposals are industry leading and make sure all tasks are completed and done to your specifications. We offer free color consultations with most projects.
