FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a separate price sheet for weddings, and my pricing for prints and packages can be found on my website. All other shoots are negotiated based on location, length of shoot, number of edited images, etc..
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For just about every kind of shoot, but particularly for weddings, portraits, and boudoir, I want to meet with them before I ever accept the job. I want to meet and get to know about them, and the expectations that they have for their project. I want them to get to know a little about me as well. It's imperative that they be comfortable with the choice they're making in their photographer, before we ever start the collaboration process, that will ultimately lead to their total satisfaction with their images.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm 50 years old, and I've had a professional grade camera in my hand since I was 17. I belong to several organizations, and collaborate with fellow Photographers as often as possible. I study various techniques, and have attended training courses for specific photographic styles.
