That I'm good at it and i take it very seriously. I get to meet great people and make one of the tougher situations in life easy. My business stands out due to my flat rate fees and willingness to work with my customers on pricing. I do not hide fuel surcharges, insurance costs, or miscellaneous fees. I worked for a bigger outfit for 11 years before starting my own company and if the job lasts longer than their estimates than you're obligated to pay, with me no surprise, flat rates guaranteed. I also only hire the best, I don't use temporary laborers. My helpers are well trained, and take the job as seriously as I do. This is my business, I show up to your home to move your items, I get down and dirty, I'm not some guy in a suit and tie that you'll never hear from. Wesley & Charles packed an entire household + workshop into a 26' U-Haul with less than an INCH to spare in about 6 hours. With NO experience it would have taken me 10 hrs IF I was lucky. They worked non-stop with few breaks on a HOT, sunny, sweltering day with NO complaints or argument. Most likable & hardworking

We recently moved and hired Lee’s Family Moving and we couldn’t be happier with how wonderful they were!! Wes was quick to respond to my request for a quote and the prices were more than fair! His team arrived on time and ready to get started. They were extremely careful with our belongings, wrapping and cushioning everything. They were super prepared for unforeseen issues and had tools at the ready when we realized we had to take off a door to remove an item from one of the rooms ( we had already packed our tools up)
We were moving from downtown (5th floor loft to a two story in Dunlap) They unloaded everything and placed our furniture where we wanted it. Wes was extremely careful with our belongings and with our new home, being extra cautious of wood floors, etc. The team was super friendly and made a stressful day go super smooth. I would recommend them to anyone planning a move! They really were great and went above and beyond.

We cannot say enough good things about our experience with Lee’s Family Moving. We had a 60 inch vanity with the quartz top already attached that needed to be moved into our upstairs guest bathroom. It weighed a ton. We tried to move it ourselves, but quickly realized that that would be next to impossible. We had a plumber scheduled to come 2 days later, not to mention several overnight guests the following weekend, so time was if the essence. Within a few hours of posting our needs on Thumbtack, I was contacted by Wes. Not only did he say that they could handle the job, but they were at our house the next afternoon! Wes and his helper were prompt, professional, and efficient. They had the vanity upstairs remarkably quickly, with no damage or issues to either our house or the vanity. An added bonus is that their rates are extremely reasonable. We are beyond grateful that our project can continue forward on time, with all of our thanks going to Wes and his crew for making it happen. The next time we have a move, big or small, we will definitely contact Lee’s Family Moving!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system is based upon how much furniture you have and to make sure that my customer and i our not in a hole and can continue to provide for our families.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To better quote moves I have to see all there is to be moved, so that I don't overcharge my customers, or undercut my labor. I set up a walkthrough of your home, or a virtual one if out of town to see all there is to be moved then discuss pricing with my customer. A contract is signed, I supply packing materials, or whatever is required, and I check in from time to time to see how things are prior to the move.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for another moving company for eleven years prior to starting my own so I have seventeen years experience altogether
