They did a excellent diagnostic on my machine. Did not try and pressure me into repairing my washer which had seen better days. Gave me valuable information on purchasing a new unit.

Ramon was very responsiveness and was even willing to show up for the appointment earlier than scheduled since he was available. I had a draining issue with the washer portion of my stackable unit. He was able to troubleshoot the issue right away and repair the problem in less than an hour. Although the quick fix was pricier than I expected, it was worth the short amount of time.

Washer repair was quickly diagnosed. Tony called me and let me know the problem and gave me a estimate. He had to go get the part but was able to come back in timely manner and get it fixed. Would recommend him for appliance repair.

Service was great! Punctual (actually arrived a bit early, which was awesome) and got the job done fast. Needed repair on a fridge that stopped dispensing water in a rental we own. He had the part, so called me to give the price and get permission to go ahead, then finished the job same day. Will definitely use again!
