Our water dispenser on the fridge just randomly stopped working. Eugene was amazing at diagnosing the issue and completing the repairs. The following day Eugene was helpful in trouble shooting g with us to ensure we hopefully don’t face the same issue again in the future. Awesome service.

Eugene was very professional, on time & honest.I posted that my washing machine was not working,he reached out immediately. He came out the next day on a Saturday in a snow storm . He could fix the problem but was honest & said what it would cost for the parts & to repair it I should buy a new machine as other parts will be breaking sooner than later. He didn’t have to tell me that. He could of fixed it & walk away with the $$.

Eugene is a professional grade tools guy. He did his best in a very responsible manner. I feel he’s a very experienced pro. He charged me only for work that makes sense rather than fix for only the sake of money. I think it’s pretty honest and I like it. I highly recommend him. I used his help for my dishwasher repair and I will use it for any other appliances repair in future.
