The last couple years our furnace didn't keep up with really cold snaps, but the company that maintained it just cleaned it and said it was OK. This time, when I insisted, they said perhaps it was the heat exchanger and I should replace the furnace. I got a few estimates, including one from Comfort, which was quite competitive. However, before giving me the bid for a new system, Taras carefully diagnosed the problem to make sure it was what we really needed. He made a couple other good suggestions and was out with his crew the next day to replace it. Next time we need service, I'll call him!
