Duct Professor responded quickly, came to inspect our home quickly, and scheduled a vent cleaning quickly. Offered a reasonable price. The team was punctual, courteous, and conscious of our pets at home. Very communicative. Will book with them again!

They cleaned our Dryer duct as well HVAC system ducts of our home. Ours is a newly built home and this was the first cleaning after five years. Young, well-build and pleasant mannered man named Jose was the price quoter as well as sole operator of this cleaning. The complete cleaning took about two hours and we are completely satisfied with his work. The quantum of dust was humungous. One must clean their ducts as frequently as possible. I will certainly go with this company (and Jose, if he is available) in future.

initially hired their service for duct cleaning they did a great job probably same quality of work from stanley steamers but better price "cheaper' went with them since i know eventually i need to replace my 20+ years rusted hvac system so later on i did contact alex, he did not upsell no pushy sales tactics, after giving me qoute alex encouraged me to shop around first before deciding which i did, got few really cheap estimates but found out other companies are all offering lower end models just so they can beat alex price. so after reseaching HVAC in general and trying to research about duct professor i found out that BRYANT is one of the good brands same family as CARRIER this led me to decide that i will get an HVAC system from bryant mainly because of its reputation, and to my surprise while looking online for authorized dealers Duct Professor showed up so thats when i decided to move forward with them but for my last attempt to save money i sent the exact same bryant models of units from duct professor's estimate to another HVAC company and again alex out the door price came out to be better by about $1,000 and this other company is not even an authorized dealer. so for reasons such as being bryant authorized dealer/installer ,value pricing, stellar reviews here in thumbtack and also found out later on that this is a family run business i then went ahead and gave my full trust to alex and his company. i am very satisfied with my new hvac system see photos how professionally it was installed. he also installed my ecobee for free ;) looking forward to be working with them from now on for all my heating and cooling needs :) shout out to Taras who explained to me how the system works after they installed it same with alex he is very knowledgeable and the lady (customer rep) madie? or matie? whos always patient to answer all my questions you are so cool and helpful :) 5 star to you too! as a company 10 stars to you Alex and your family.

Great response and pricing for a general cleaning and upkeep. I ended up needing some coolant and a recharge, which the tech was able to do on the spot. The recharge was not in the original quote, and I think it was a touch pricey, but overall Im satisfied.

They were very responsive and able to come out right away to clean my dryer vent. Was very thorough and careful even when a whole bird's nest came out of the vent! Note: they charge fee for credit cards payment so I paid with zelle.
