Alex responded right away!! Showed up in time to solve our heating problem quickly!! It’s was the holiday week and we had guests from out of town. Thanks to Alex, we had the heating up and running in 15mins!! He gave us a quick stop gap solution while we wait for the original part to come in. Hoping to have the permanent solution in place soon.
