Check his records online people. He has over 22 lawsuits against him. Just recently he was arrested for taking an deposit and never doing the work in Mount Prospect. Google Peter Julian Prospect Heights. I sued him and won, but he has no money to pay. He just changes his company name. This guy is a scam artist. Also he has a case from Villa Park in the 90s for scamming old people in Villa Park.
