Working with Damien and his crew was a great experience. He was very responsive when initially reaching out on Thumbtack and came out to give a free estimate to install laundry hookups for us basically right away. He sent the estimate over same day, and we decided to hire him after about a week. We scheduled a day and time right away. On the day of our appointment he was a little late but kept me updated on his ETA. He and his co-worker (I regretfully didn’t get his name) did some measurements, ran out to get some supplies, returned an hour later and got to work. They both worked all day, about 7 hours total trying to get my laundry hookups installed. The project involved running water and gas lines from the kitchen, drains, and venting to the outside. Once they finished they cleaned up their mess and I paid what I was originally quoted. Upon running the washer after they left, there was an issue with a leak and water backing up into the kitchen sink (where they had tapped into the drain line). I called them back and they immediately turned around and came back to fix it. They were able to correct the issue with the drain pipe by clearing some debris out of the pipe so it could drain properly. They ran a few cycles on the washer and ensured everything was in smooth working condition before they left and told me to call them if I had any more problems. They also provided us with quotes for future projects in our home. I appreciate them for working hard all day and making sure they didn’t leave us hanging when we experienced an issue. They were good guys and I would hire them again.

My man D was the ultimate professional. He gave me a true price and stuck to it. He was on time and handled the job with high skill level. When it was time for me to pay him through Zelle the bank system was down and he had to wait several hours. His response to that news was nothing but professional. I felt really bad he had to wait to get paid but he wasn't upset about it. He will definitely be back to take care of my kitchen. This trip was for my bathroom.
