I had a great experience with him and would definitely recommend his services. He was upfront and transparent about pricing throughout the entire job, and it was clear that he was very knowledgeable and experienced in the work he does. He was able to diagnose and repair a broken pipe inside the wall within just a couple of hours, and he also got my washing machine working properly again. He was professional, efficient, and did a great job from start to finish. I really appreciate the work he did and would absolutely call him again if I ever need plumbing work in the future!

This was my 1st experience with a service professional and it was great! Was able to get the problem identified, fixed, and educated us the whole time. Let me add this was a very small leak that didn’t appear for 3 months!!! So to find it was a task. Definitely looking to have more work done in the future.

So I’m pretty sure this fella is the real Superman! What an amazing experience. Gerry knows his stuff, I called for one minor issue and ended up finding out his skillset! He fixed sooo much in one visit! I needed help with dewinterizing and he went way above and beyond after finding leaks in different places! Two toilets, a water heater, couple pipes and a few fittings later I have WATER and it’s not leaking! He teaches and shows you what he finds and is incredibly transparent with costs. Really an honest guy, I’ll be calling him for all my plumbing needs going forward. I am very thankful to finally find an EXPERT!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing & Labor
* Certain services, fixtures, and defined jobs are offered at a flat-rate price. Flat-rate pricing is based on the scope and nature of the job and includes the experience, knowledge, tools, preparation, installation, and responsibility required to complete the work. Flat-rate pricing is not calculated by multiplying the time spent on site by the hourly rate.
* When a job is billed hourly, labor is $75.00 per hour. After the first hour, there is a 10-minute grace period before the next full hour is charged. In certain circumstances, time may be prorated. Please ask us about prorated billing when applicable.
* Any travel time greater than 30 minutes may result in an additional $30.00 travel charge, added to the overall cost of labor and parts.
* Additional work outside the original scope may be quoted separately or charged according to the applicable flat-rate or hourly pricing.
* Payment is due upon completion of the project.
