Tyler saved the day. My After Effects program on my work computer required admin permissions to update, and my entire IT dept was out of office for the holidays. I needed an image animated within 24 hour turnaround time and Tyler executed beyond belief. Super responsive and fabulous work, even with the crazy time crunch! Extremely impressed! :)Dec 21, 2020Verified

Tyler made this process EZ PEEZY! He responded immediately to my message. He listened to my ideas, answered my many questions and took my concept and brought it to life in an EXCEPTIONAL way! From the first draft to the finished product it was nothing but Top Notch PROFESSIONALISM! This was my first time using Thumbtack and I experienced EXCELLENCE at it’s best! Tyler's work is exceptional. I've used his talent for several projects from easy to challenging. He has the gift for turning something that is difficult or complicated into something that is easy to understand, simple, and fun. He is professional and asks questions upfront so he has a full scope of the project right from the start. I can't give him a higher recommendation. He's fabulous!Nov 16, 2020Review from Google
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? Our rule of thumb is: 1 second of animation = 1 hour of work, and 1 hour of work = $60. Please note: this is only a starting point. Depending on the complexity of your animation and a several other factors, that price will fluctuate. We offer free consultations and never charge for phone calls or meetings — you only pay for when we're doing the work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? Our process works in 3 phases: 1) Consultation 2) Production 3) Finalization During the consultation, we'll ask several questions and discuss your project in depth. Following our call, you'll receive a formalized project proposal that includes a timeline and quote. Once we agree on all the finer details, we'll send you a contract and an invoice for an upfront payment (depending on the project, this will be somewhere between 25-50%). Upon payment and signature, the fun begins! During production, we'll take your vision and turn it into reality. Once we have a finished version -- what is called a "rough cut" -- we send to you for review. During finalization, we'll go through a few rounds of review and edits until the animation matches your vision perfectly! Once we hit this point, I'll send out the final invoice for the remaining amount. Upon payment, your final animation will be delivered.
