For a Move Out cleaning,(wash walls, ceilings, cabinets, bathroom, and 2 floors) she was NOT prepared. Only positive I have is that Kate was on time. We had to re-do about 90% of what she did. Said some stains on doors and base boards were not coming off at all, yet we were able to get it like new with proper cleaning supplies. Left for 30-40 minutes to get more supplies. One room wasn't even touched...(I had to wash some ick off the wall and get cob webs throughout as well) Asked to get ceiling fan, and didn't even touch the glass around the lights. Windows were not cleaned, except for one front window, and sills were not touched. Cabinets were cleaned only on bottom shelves (where everyone can see). Maybe good for light housekeeping, but nothing bigger. Very disappointed.
