- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing has no hidden fee's or gratuity added. Our pricing is clear cut and dry. You will know exactly what it will cost. ~Bridal package: $300 (includes trial, lashes, skin consultation & more. We use bridal specific products on you & we spend more time with you) **Flower Girls (under 10 yrs) $50 ea or no charge with large weddings** -Formals/Prom (high school only must have student ID in Rockford area only) $85 Lashes $10 Mac Cosmetics Lashes additional $20 Silk lashes additional $25-35 (up to 10 wear times) Tattoo/Scar covering additional fee $20 Airbrush makeup additional fee $30
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will look at your inspiration pictures, and to discuss colors and style. We’ll map out one or more specific “looks” on face-charts, based on your plans for engagement/bridal photos in addition to the wedding. At the trial you will share with me what details are most important to you or any concerns you may have. My goal for this meeting is to let you get to know me and my work and begin to earn your trust so you will know you have made the right decision. I’ll also apply your photo-ready wedding day look makeup. At large weddings I ensure the process to flow stress free by keeping a plan of action and approved with the wedding planner, bride & attendants (Maid of Honor, bridesmaids, mother of bride, mother of groom, junior bridesmaids. I make sure the looks are appropriate for the time of day for the event. The makeup will look flawless & last all day and night without looking caked on or fake. I am able to give that beautiful glow and not a look that changes the client to look like a different person. Every client loves the way I apply their makeup even clients who never wear makeup. Clients not used to wearing will feel comfortable in makeup. I bring out their features while giving them a look that will make them fit in, while not being the one that doesn’t keep the flow of the overall look of the entire bridal party.
