I am a YogaFit and Pilates instructor that offers the practice of yoga to all experience levels along with those mindful of limitations. I believe in finding that quiet mind to promote focus, relaxation, and relieve stress while developing strength through proper breathing and yoga poses. An effective way to learn mat Pilates is a one-on-one experience. Personal attention is the best way to learn the fundamentals and work on your specific needs. I believe Pilates is for everyone, regardless of age, gender, fitness level or ability.
