We had a miscommunication at first. Once it was resolved everything else was smooth sailing. The guy came out and fixed our tv quickly. He even stuck around a few minutes afterwards to make sure the tv was not going to stop work. Two thumbs, two toes and two horses up for this company. I even recommend them on my community board.
