Today, Thomas was professional, thorough and courteous during this annual AC maintenance call. In general, Phoenix is amazing. They've upgraded and tweaked our (residential) space pac AC, installed a new hot water boiler, hot water heater, and humidifier. The Techs who provide the on-going annual service are competent and polite and routinely express their appreciation for having careers at Phoenix. This is a great company! Thanks Tony!

Finally, a company that understands residential steam systems. My old boiler had to be prematurely junked because of poor maintenance by heating companies that didnt know what they were doing. Phoenix expertly installed a new system and provides an ongoing maintenance schedule that is much more thorough than just dusting off the burners. This new system will last.

The response time was excellent. The service was even better Carl F. was very professional, friendly, and thorough. He gave me an excellent report on the condition of my furnace and took measurements for a new air conditioner. From the initial call to the service call, and the follow-up email (with my receipt), I will definitely be calling Phoenix again!
