FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is dependent on hours worked, travel distance, time of day (later shoots may require additional equipment), and amount of retouching and editing required.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I meet a new client, I make sure to go over all details of the shoot in a brief phone call before finalizing a meeting place. I typically do this about a day or more in advance. I schedule to meet the client 15 to 30 minutes prior to the shoot to go over the details and to give ample time for clients to get ready. Once the details are settled and we shoot, I deliver generally within to 48 hours (note: turn around may depend on amount of photographs delivered and the type of editing done).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have training in Cinematography for Commercial and Narrative, which I use to take photos with an emphasis on lighting and mood, as well as giving me the background to tell stories and express emotions in the spur of the moment with a camera and lens.
