Besides having affordable prices, our Instructors are very patient and knowledgeable. Classes are typical 5-6 hours and we realize that this is a very long time, but we have been told by many of our students that it does not feel that long because our classes are not only informative but also entertaining.

Lorenzo was attentive to our training needs. Most of the class was getting re-certified. He brought to our attention the changes since we last took a certification class and the reasons for the changes. During the class the tornado sirens went off. He was able to pick up after the interruption and finish in time. I never thought I would ever need to use any of the training, just last week while eating dinner my husband was eating and all of a sudden he couldn't breath I seen his hand start waving and realized he couldn't speak or breath. I was able to preform a few quick blows to the middle of the back the using the Heimlich maneuver I had to repeat it to totally clear the blockage. Thank you so much for the training, I am so glad I knew what to do and had training. If I had not had training he could have died.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I take a re-certification class every other year to ensure that I am providing most current information, skills and techniques to my students.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I decided to become an instructor after my son was found unresponsive in his crib. It has been my personal mission to teach CPR, First Aid and AED training to ensure that if and when the time comes you are confident in the skills you have acquired through our training to execute properly.
What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common jobs I do for my clients are Healthcare Provider classes.
