When I contacted Thumbtack about the service, EV responded almost immediately and it was not during normal working hours. We communicated through the app and the price was so great for a job I was dreading! We had booked the job about 3 weeks in advance so I checked in, sure enough, he responded immediately with all the details. On the day of, he communicated that they were on the way and with his crew, they were done in lightning speed! Two couches, mattresses, table and chairs- gone in an instant in the blistering Chicago heat wave. Kind, courteous and incredibly professional. Anyone thinking about needing hauling and junk removal- this is your company. I would hire again no questions asked.

First company to respond to my request and within minutes we talked on the phone to discuss details of the move. Very reasonable pricing! The junk move was scheduled for Saturday (also a plus!) - they showed up promptly and the whole thing took just minutes. Am so pleased!! Definitely will be using them again and letting my friends know as well.
