- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The cost of the construction work will depend on the scope of the project, including the size of the project, the materials needed, and the complexity of the work. I am committed to providing fair and competitive pricing for my construction services. I regularly review and adjust my pricing to ensure that it remains competitive with other providers in the area. Depending on the project, I may offer different pricing options. If there are any additional costs that arise during the project, such as unforeseen repairs or changes in the project scope, I will communicate these costs to the customer as soon as possible and provide options for how to move forward.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would schedule an initial consultation with the customer to discuss their project and get a sense of their needs and expectations. This would include discussing the project scope, budget, timeline, and any special considerations or requirements. Once the customer has agreed to move forward with the project, we would schedule and type of payment, timeline, and any other details relevant to the project. Once the construction is complete, we would conduct a final walk-through with the customer to ensure their satisfaction and address any remaining issues or concerns.

I have gained extensive hands-on experience through years of working in the industry. I also stay up-to-date with industry developments and attend regular training and professional development courses to keep my skills sharp.
