We work in conjunction with a cooking class facility and read food periodicals, attend demonstrations and keep up with certifications.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I always had a passion for cooking and after getting laid off 4 times in my working career decided to start my own business. 12 years and going - this is my career!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Our catering jobs range from home gatherings such as showers, communions, christenings, graduations, anniversaries to corporate, public sector (schools, churches, libraries, park districts, city), fundraisers, cooking classes.
