- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My current pricing structure is $40 a session, which consists of a 60-75 min workout designed specifically to meet the goals of the client. During the duration of being a client, complimentary one-on-one nutritional coaching is available to help clients meet their specific goals and change their body composition to gain lean muscle and lose fat.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process of working with a new client involves assessing the clients goals and current fitness levels and daily diet, and creating a program designed to meet their needs and help them achieve their specific goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified personal trainer through the ISSA Certified Fitness Training program. I also currently train, both adults and teens, in a group fitness environment.
