I manage quotes based on average project pricing for this area gathered from multiple outside resources.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial contact usually comes in the form of a phone call, then I like to visit with a customer in person to get a clear idea of the job-scope right from start. I prepare a comprehensive quote within a few hours of the initial meeting. I send that along to the client and we discuss any questions or concerns forming a clearly communicated plan of attack. Once everyone is clear we start getting our hands dirty, maintaining job-site cleanliness communication and customer satisfaction all the way to job completion.
