Pertains only to (Non-Emergency Services) Cleaning Services, Odor Removal & Mold Removal •To provide an accurate quote we need to visit. – Schedule an appointment •Carpet and Hard surface can be quoted over the phone. – For stubborn stains we will need to physically see the damage before providing a quote.

Getting a certified IICRC service professional onsite to evaluate the work that needs to be done
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
•Our service professionals are certified through the IICRC •Technicians are required to have annual continuing education •We use state of the art equipment •We use EPA registered products and all Franchise locations need to be EPA firm certified
