I contacted Mike through Thumbtack. He was very responsive, did the initial analysis for free ( added back the analysis cost in the quote if we approve. I liked the process as I am not hooked initially with a cost), explained the whole problem and fixation process to me in detail. After I approved, he fixed as promised and made the whole area neat and clean before leaving. If I have any similar issue in the future, I would consider him again

Mike came out and remediated my mold situation, turned out great. He was also able to determine the root cause, which was some bad plumbing coming down from the kitchen, so I could have a plumber come out and replace the pipes.
