Anuar did an excellent job assessing the issue during the 1st visit and then taking care of it (upon arrival of the damaged part) on the 2nd visit. He was extremely professional, friendly, and, obviously, competent at what he does. Communication with his partner (Besik) was fluid and on point. Thumbs up all around. Will use them again if I need assistance with appliance repair.

The gentleman arrived well within the range given. Once here the problem was quickly identified. A part had to be ordered. This was done promptly, the person returned the next day and the situation was resolved quite nicely.
