- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer competitive flat-rate pricing with no hidden fees. Emergency and after-hours services don’t have an additional charge, which is always communicated upfront. Discounts are available for repeat customers and veterans.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I ask the customer to describe the issue or send a photo. Then I provide an estimated quote and ETA. Once on-site, I explain the job and confirm the price before starting any work. I aim to be transparent and efficient throughout the entire process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve completed professional locksmith training, including vehicle entry, rekeying, lock installation, and electronic lock systems. I continue to stay updated on the latest tools and techniques through ongoing workshops and field experience.
