Aman was great and very responsive and he told me what exactly was needed for my Fridge repair--He was very helpful and very responsive and offered to come over right away the next day ! I contacted Thumbtack and Aman responded quickly. He came out and diagnosed the problem and gave an estimate. He deducted the diagnosis fee from the estimate and we agreed on the price for the repair. He informed me he needed to obtain some parts for the repair. He quickly obtained the parts and returned the next day, as promised, and installed the parts, cleaned and did some maintenance on the dryer. The dryer worked when he finished and he accepted the agreed upon payment. He said if I had any problems, I could contact him. I thanked him. It was a good experience.
