Responded immediately. Explained what he would do, then diagnosed the problem pretty easily. He had to order a part, but as soon as it arrived he made an appointment for installation. He was right on time, went to work, and fixed it. The cost was reasonable and everything was done efficiently and well. I will definitely use Sky Appliance Repair again!!
