I can say that they are very passionate about your event. They are easy to reach out to for any questions and respond quickly. All of this to say the reason for the 4 stars is because of poor execution of the predetermined plan. The bartender was great but it just seemed as though the servers weren’t as experienced. There were a few scheduling conflicts up front and scheduling confusion before the wedding. My husband and I had to track them down a few times to have them refill a container for drinks. We also had to pay at the end of the night before getting an invoice. This wasn’t something discussed and really made it difficult as all of our friends and family were leaving, we were busy trying to figure out payment. Overall they are a young company with a lot of enthusiasm and zeal. I do believe that they will continue to grow in professionalism and will be one of the best. We just happened to catch them on their journey in growth.
