Had an overnight problem that resulted in NEST thermostat throwing wiring error. Reached out to Ross in the morning and he immediately gave an appointment and came to our home for the repair by 9am. Excellent service. Highly recommend.

I have used Ross at AQC at least 3 times over the past 6 years. He is amazing!! He comes out in a pinch and always arrives on time and is quick to diagnose and fix the issue. There was once it was Christmas Eve at around 11pm and he came out immediately which was a HUGE lifesaver so my kids didn't have to wake up on xmas morning to freezing temps and then go stay in a hotel. I couldn't believe he made the time to come out. That alone made me a lifelong customer. HIGHLY recommend.

Our prices are fair and affordable for every homeowner. We offer coupons, discounts and maintenance plans so there are plenty ways to save money as you become our customer.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually we require a description of the problem, service address, customer name and email, so we can schedule, manage and update the appointment in order to keep customer notified. We offer free estimates for every type of the job. Don't be afraid to ask us to come out and give you the right advice.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I used to attend HVAC/R classes which helped me understand this work. After that I spent some decent amount of time on the field with other workers in order to practice. Then I started working for hvac companies and gaining more and more experience every day. I want to mention that in this trade you can't say "Well, I've read everything, and know everything!". Every day there is something new to learn as technology moves forward.
