We had a great experience with Elkun. He spent a couple of full days at our home correcting some unsafe wiring in our basement and thoroughly checking the outlets throughout the house. He was knowledgeable, careful, and took the time to make sure everything was done properly and safely. He also cleaned up after his work each day, which we really appreciated. On top of that, he’s genuinely very nice and easy to work with. We feel much better knowing the electrical issues were addressed correctly. Highly recommend Elkun!

Elkun and his crew were extremely professional for a fairly complex home EMT re-pipe project. There was a substantial amount of work that had to be re done from the previous contractor and plans slightly changed more than once. But Elkun's crew reacted professionally, came up with solutions, and still got the work done in a timely manner. They are true problem solvers, they take pride in their work and have a serious respect for decisions regarding electrical safety. This is the type of person you want re-wiring your home. I would highly recommend USE for your electrical needs.

I had a great experience working with USE Service Solutions. My building had electrical issues during the hottest summer months. Biggest problem was that I was out of the country at the time. The communication with USE was great because they were on time, gave updates, and progress photos. Will definitely work with them again.

Elkun is both professional and friendly. He replaced a driveway lamp, changed a bathroom GFCI outlet and replaced a number of switches. Solving a long-time problem, he suggested a new type of 3-way switch that doesn't require conduit. The 2nd wireless switch just needs to be attached to the wall - no outlet box required. I thought his price was reasonable and I will definitely use him again.

Elkun was wonderful to work with. Responsive, punctual, professional, organized, respectful, and tidy. He installed a ceiling fan in our nursery where one did not previously exist, added an outlet in a closet, and replaced/consulted on a hot switch. He was here all day, enjoyable to have around, and immaculate in cleaning up after the job. Highly recommend!
