Great experience. Technician arrived promptly and prepared to do the job. He was friendly, knowledgeable about what he was doing, and didn't mind my tagging along to watch him to the job, as well as answer all of my questions.

We love using our fireplace and every year it needs a cleaning. We contacted Adic Pro to clean and inspect, luckily everything was fine with the chimney, but our house is older, and I know there will be a time when fixes will be required.
