Dawn is so wonderful. First, she is soooo knowledgeable. She is relaxed, attentive, smart and a great communicator. She has an eye for garden design and can handle any garden size project. In addition, Dawn was attuned to my implicit style and environmental concerns. She used this rich organic mulch/compost that my perennials love. She also did little extras to make my garden look natural yet finished. It was a joy to work with Dawn and my gardens look incredible! I will definitely be using BLOOMING RAILS again.
